5 most important words ' YOU DID A GOOD JOB' .
4 most important words ' WHAT IS YOUR OPINION' .
3 most important words ' IF YOU PLEASE...'.
2 most important words ' THANK YOU'.
MOST important words ' WE'.

Last but not least, THE
LEAST IMPORTANT WORD 'I'.

Think of it, how often does we use those word, 'I' may be the most common used. Its time to reflect and think. =)

Shocking news for us.

Even thou I have knew her less then 4 months but we sit quite near to each other during lesson. We ever went out as a class for a makan session and that was the first and last with her.

What I know about her :

• Strong in character


• Passion for her Job


• Love her family


• Never late for all events


• Up-spoken


• Direct


• A person worth respect


• Have a healthy lifestyle, exercise regularly etc

Last saw her in good health on 13 June 2008 after lesson, last sentence was see you on Tuesday(17 june 2008). Our Trainer last saw her on 16 June. It was an unbelievable especially was one day diff when he last saw her at her workplace.

On 17 June, 7pm, everyone was wondering why is she late untill her coll, who take the same course announced that she was hospitalise due to headache, vomited, unconcious on the way to A&E. All of us thought it won't be too serious and will be back to join us soon.

On 19 june we knew that she undergo operation on her brain and was in coma in ICU. On 20 June I went to visit her alone, was very shock to see her in the condition at ICU. My heart was painful after seeing her in that way.

On 27 June Cecilia and I decide to visit her, however I went there alone again as she cope up with some stuff. My mind was thinkin hope she was better etc.. I went there and when I was at the entrance of ICU, Im not able to go in till someone came out from there. At the enterance to the ward was mess up with the door. Before reachin her bed, I felt uncomforable seeing the door of the bedroom which looked different to the first visit and it was closed. I stood in front of the glass window and found the bed empty. I was thinking why, what happened, change ward or wat. I walk along there for awhile and decided to ask the nurse. I approached 1 staff nurse and said out her name. After awhile, the nurse told me she had passed away and I was shocked and could not replied her. What her last sentence is u may contact the family member.

I walk out of the ICU blank. My first tot was is it true or not as we did not received any bad news that was from the family, wat nurse had said was still in my mind. I reached school and was blank too. Before the lesson, few are in the class. Paul helped to ask Ade to contact the family. Few minutes later, the son reply and was confirmed abt it. All of us was down including the trainer and was unbelievable for a person was always healthy. We go on with our lesson with a very affected mood.

At night, after class we went to attend her wake. We get to know our classmate/friend better. The family was strong and we all know it was a truth that will not change. Her husband said , the world is still spinning even anyone left. These will be our last time seeing her. Peace be with her.

Last day of April

On 30 April, Beatrice and I went down to Central, we spend quite alot on the food and I bought some clothings and accessories. Oh my God.. big holes in the pocket.
We went to a Japanese Restaurant to have our mid lunch? Haha, as we ate ard 3pm. If I did not rmbr wrongly the Name shld b WAKARU JAP Restaurant. Big feast over there.

Wat I can say is the peach is damn nice. Outer is hard, inside is like creamy ice- cream and at the end was a chocolate either Passion or ferreo choc. Best!

Overall the food there is great man! SIANZ, how I wish we do not need tp pay the GST and service charge. Or rather is included in the meal. We are satisfy with the meal but a bit heart pain on the money spend there. =(

Class Gathering

We have a break on 14-18th April. Its a rest for us. On the 18th April, we went out to have dinner. It was at Riverside Point Indonesia Restaruant. 9 of us(Jag, Paul, Adelina, Cecilia, Hazel, Serene, Annie, Jacequeline and me) went and the food there is quite afforable and is nice. 6 course meal plus free flow drinks = $17 per pax. The speed of them delivering the food to us was fast. While we were having our meal we were deciding on where to go next as the night was still young. Near to end of the meal, Isa called Jag and said that he was at Clarke Quay to meet us. All of us were shock as we did not managed to contact any of our trainer. So after our dinner, we went to China One to meet him and we went there for a drink. At ard 10, there's a live band and they song the play some recent famous song. We chatted and we drink and abt 11.30pm we left and took a group pic(but some went home b4 hand. =( .

Service Standards

I am attending courses now. My 3rd mod was abt Coordinate Interaction With Customers. This trainer power man, whatever he talk abt the news have relate news. One is abt the rising of Dubai. Den few days later, the news came out regarding Robinson taking over by them. Omg, den We talk alot abt the customer service level too and just few days back, the news came out regarding Customer Service level in Singapore and the overall was 68.7% and rank more then 20 this year. What a shame! I think is time for ALL service staff to put in effort in creating a good servuce environment. Dun wait till a big event that comes and we start going for training. dun u think is too late. Hey, look at us, we are leaving in quite a good environment. My trainer say Singapore is a first class country but have 3rd world citizen.

Talking abt service, by how many good and bad shopping experience u have and u will know y Singapore has such a drop. Take Hong Kong for example, ever since Sars hit them, they 'wake up'and their service standards have a big jump. I hope we won't wait till something bad happen to us den we start to improve on our service. IT WILL BE TOO LATE! will come back again on this topic again.
